We are a team of experienced consultants and CAD designers who develop logistics solutions for the port industry together. Our strength is in our cooperation and the transfer of experience between the different planning disciplines. It is our declared aim that employees are interdisciplinary in their thinking and action. This is also the principle behind our consulting and training strategy.
At HPMport you can expect to be involved in a wide range of activities on exciting projects. All project work is done in small teams and in close cooperation with the client. This requires a high standard of competence and professional qualification, knowledge of methods and excellent communications skills. In preparing customised consulting and planning solutions, we use proven methods and tools, which based on the vast experience of our employees, are constantly evolving and optimised.
As a general rule, we develop solutions for clients at our offices in Hamburg. And yet, close contact to clients is our main focus. So much so that particularly during the analysis phase and for coordination of the work results we maintain a strong presence with the client. This approach to consulting and planning results in a diversified mix of travel and in-office days so that private social contacts are not neglected in the lives of our consultants.
We provide a spacious workplace in an attractive environment in Hamburg, with open doors and a flat hierarchy. Short communications channels, an open-minded approach and the solidarity and team spirit of all employees are important to us and are motivating. Reliability and trust in each other are at the foundation of discussions and the exchange of opinions that ultimately lead to the best project result.

Your Profile
- You would like to support the HPMport team by contributing your personality, expert qualifications, professional experience, social skills and commitment to our projects.
- You are fascinated by technology, are creative in your pursuit of solutions and take initiative.
- You are a lateral thinker who possesses analytical and communication skills.
- You have completed a graduate program in industrial engineering and management or business administration with a focus on Logistics, Transport or SCM as the main subjects.
- You share our mission statement.
Your Career at HPMport
Project Engineer. You work with experienced consultants. In projects, you then acquire all professional skills from our consulting approach to projects. You are a lateral thinker, consider all potentials in our consulting fields and from these potentials discover the optimum path to proceed forward. You are encouraged from day one to assume responsibility for subprojects and to structure content.
Project Manager. You have what it takes to be a project leader and to shape solutions, not just professionally, but also to lead the entire project to its successful conclusion. Generally, you manage two to three projects at the same time, depending on the project scope and place of performance. In additional to professional competence, you have the communications skills required to manage client teams in project work.
Partner. You already have the right visions to shape project structures. Together we expand the client network and develop new solutions. You contribute directly and actively to the strategic direction and further expansion embarked on by our company.
